  • Submit & Await Response: You should receive a response within 5-7 business days.
  • Receive Instructions: Once your claim is approved, we'll provide further instructions. This may involve sending the faulty part back, arranging for a repair, or providing a replacement.

  1. Keep all original packaging and documentation throughout the warranty period. It might be necessary for returning the product or parts.
  2. Do not attempt to repair the sauna yourself without guidance from our team, as this might void your warranty.
